I ordered it and I am sure I will receive it tomorrow. I saw 2 feedback messages on HSN and now I am really worried. If they did not include the software, they can't possibly have 3,000 people sending their machines back. That will be a big blunder on their part.

Got machine on 11/23 without the software. Called HSN who told me toi look under the machine. Not there. They told me to contact singer at 800-474-6437. HSN also said that they could reduce the price of the machine. I called singer for two days, and keep getting busy signal. I emailed them and will also fax them, as I have not gotten a response from them. Has anyone talked to them?

Did you look between the outside box and the inner box that housed the machine? That is where everyone has found the software. Me, included.

So far, I am not happy because I can't load any of the software except for the Futura primary software. You also have to have your sewing machine hooked up to your computer to do anything, even design something. Its ridiculous.

I had my computer guy load the software, but when i tried to download the software, it said the driver was not properly installed. I am not good w/ computers, but think I will love this if I can figure this portion out. I also found my software between the two brown packing boxes. I did not get my screwdrivers, but got good hsn help and $25 credit. Any guru have a suggestion on the driver problem I'm having?

Hi!
I received my SES1000 from HSN in November. I am rather a pc geek and have had no problems loading or running the software. This is my first embroidery machine so my learning curve has been steep but I'm just about at the apex!
If you like, I'd be happy to help in any way I can.

I bought this machine from HSN when it was the today special...my first purchase from HSN...mine was totally fine...all there and everything. I love the machine! I have made a baby quilt and fixed a bunch of clothes and stuff...then I started making embroidered scarves. It has been wonderful and I have no complaints!

I am having the same problem with the singer SES 1000. because of the vista issues you must have the 32 bit vista. otherwise the drivers will not work properly. problem is that the windows seven is 64 bit for there high resolution & 3D graphics and there are two VISTA premiums to aggravate the issue.
do you know where we can locate the drives that are compatible with the windows 7 /64 – 84 bits in the new computer format. HSN and QVC fail to inform you the the compatibility issues. so we still have a sewing machine that can’t embroider unless we purchase an older used computer. Very frustrating.

joined the yahoo group Futuraembroidery and they are really helpful. I couldn't even use mine until I joined and you can search the archives and the files section to learn a lot.

Thanks Yvette!

Software update link for 64-bit Windows was exactly what I needed.

You're a lifesaver!
